Thai Traditional  This form of bodywork is usually performed on a floor mattress.  The receiver is put into many yoga-like positions during the course of the massage.The client wears comfortable clothing that allows for maximum movement.  No oils are needed or used in Thai Massage. 

Swedish  This light to medium pressure therapy employs long, smooth strokes with aromatic or unscented oil.  Swedish massage focuses on a relaxing and soothing technique that helps to relieve muscle pain, inflammation, tension from stress, and improves circulation. 

Deep Tissue  Like Swedish, this technique involves applying long, slow pressure with lotion or oil.  But as the name implies, Deep Tissue massage involves deeper pressure than Swedish massage.
